EVALUATION & RESULTS PROCEDURE
1-Each Terminal Examination will be treated as a full examination.
2-Syllabus covered during the first term is included for the 1st term and the part of syllabus covered during the 2nd term is included for the 2nd term examination but for the final term examination besides part of complete syllabus covered in 3rd term, selected syllabus from first two terms will also be included.
3-The score in each subject in the terminal examination will be computed with requisite weightage mentioned earlier to be the part of the annual result.
PROMOTION POLICY
The promotion policy at AIMS is outlined as follows:
1. To pass each subject, a minimum 40% is required.
2. If a student fails in two major/core subjects (English, Urdu, Mathematics, and Science), they are deemed to have failed the final examination.
3. Failing in any one minor subject allows consideration for promotion to the next grade.
